Panthers Outlast Spartan Women

The women's basketball team fell to Tompkins-Cortland in Spartan Hall 84-65. The Lady Spartans kept it close for most of the way as they were down by two at the half and six entering the 4th quarter before the Lady Panther outdistanced themselves in the final quarter. Guards Gabby Bell (Syracuse, NY) and Jasmine Walker (Rochester, NY) each score 14 points...while Bell also collected 8 rebounds. Loren Clifford (East Syracuse, NY) scored 11 points and had 9 rebounds. The Lady Spartans will continue to battle for a post-season berth and will host Onondaga on Saturday.
