Spartans Beat Schenectady, Improve To 2-1

The Cayuga Spartans featured a balanced scoring attack and a stellar defense as they defeated Schenectady Community College to improve their record to 2-1.

Three players scored 15 points for Cayuga as they defeated Schenectady 79-50. The Spartans forced 35 turnovers in their best defensive performance so far in the young season.

Scott Minnoe, Isaiah Landres and Nykis Edwards all finished with 15 points for Cayuga, while Stanley Beato led the Spartans with nine rebounds and added eight points.
