Spartans Lose Tough on the Road

The Spartans dug a 45-31 halftime deficit at OCC.  Cayuga was down as many as 18 points but began to pick up the pace in the second half and cut the lead down to 3 points, but eventually the Spartans ran out of gas and was defeated 90-79.  Thre players scored in double-digits for Cayuga led by sophomore Donald Lawes with 22 points, 15 rebounds and 4 blocks.  Joining him were Mikquan Donerlson who had 14 points and Shaquille Holley who added 13 points and 4 assists.
