Spartans take 4th in MSAC Golf Tournament

The Spartans fell short of defending their 2012 MSAC Championship this afternoon, on a perfect day at Endwell Greens, in Johnson City.  Broome Community College hosted the event.  After tee time issues were cleared up, the team got off the first and tenth tees, because of frost build up on the greens.

Simon Fricano (Union Springs, NY) continued his steady play, posting a 80 on the day.  Fricano was followed by Gavin Dennis (Weedsport, NY) (82), Ryan Killian (Southern Cayuga, NY) (85) and Jake Dechick (Weedsport, NY) (87) to round out the top four scores, for a team total of 334.

The Spartans travel 81 South again tomorrow morning for a 10 a.m. tee time, with TC3 hosting at The Elm Tree Golf Club, in Cortland, NY
