Lady Spartans Come out hot Against TC3

The Lady Spartans got two wins on the road against TC3 on Wednesday.  The Spartans took the first game 20-1 and was led by sophomore transfer Stefanie Mitchell (Onondaga, NY).  Mitchell produced both on the mound with 14 strikeouts and only allowed 2 hits and at the plate where she hit a grand slam over right field.  Danielle Vuillemot (Auburn, NY) went 2 for 2 with 3 walks while Nina Kowal (Auburn, NY) added a double and 3 RBI's, and Miranda McGloon (Waterloo, NY) added 3 stolen bases and went 3 for 4 at the plate.  The second game proved much of the same for the Spartans winning 18-1.  After started off the first inning allowing a run the Spartans never looked back as both Danielle Vuillemot and Stefanie Mitchell hit homeruns.  Mitchell had another outstanding performance on the mound as she struck out 8 and allowed just 4 hits.  The Spartans face Jefferson C.C. on Sunday at Onondaga Community College.
