The Lady Spartans dropped two tough games to Onondaga Community College on Tuesday 9-3 and 3-2. Stefanie Mitchell (Onondaga, NY) led the Spartans on the mound pitching two phenomenal games. The first game errors got the best of Cayuga and a lack of hitting to score runs. Jamison Valentino (Union Springs, NY) hit her first collegiate homerun which was in the park. The second game proved much better for the Spartans defense as a whole the 2 runs from Cayuga came in the 3rd inning with a double from Danielle Vuillemot (Auburn, NY). The Spartans head to Niagara Community College on Thursday.
