The End of a strong season

            With the beginning of May the Spartans took on Genesee Community College in a double header. The first game was seven innings in which the Spartans lost two to ten. Deanna Shackleton and Mikaela Withers produced one run each. Kyra Cottrill pitched all seven innings. The second game was seven innings as well. Genesee beat the Spartans thirteen to seven.

            The last two games of the season for the Lady Spartans was against Corning Community College. Both games were seven innings. The Spartans lost the first game one to eight and the second game one to thirteen. With a tough season the Lady Spartans will take this to learn and work hard to create a better season next year.
