Despite playing a great first half the Lady Spartans were unable to hold on and dropped a 73-58 decision to Finger Lakes Community College. Miranda Charlton (Rochester, NY) led the Spartans with 13 points, 9 rebounds and 3 assists, Haylie Karlsen (Romulus, NY) and Shanna Shaff (Lansing, NY) chipped in with 11 points each, and Samantha Shaheen (Union Springs, NY) scored 8 points. Prior to the game Cayuga honored their six seniors and their families. Miranda Charlton, Haylie Karlsen, Shanna Shaff, Nikki Loveless, Jessica Alonso, and Samantha Shaheen played their last home game. The Spartans conclude their season with a road game at TC3 on Saturday February 15th.
