The Cayuga Lady Spartans won their third straight home game with a hard fought 66-56 victory over Davis College from Binghamton, NY. The Spartans leading 33-31 at the half used a great defensive effort in the 2nd half to pull away from Davis College. Maxine Williams (Jamestown, NY) led the Spartans with 22 points, Allison Chase (Weedsport, NY) scored 12 points, pulled down 9 rebounds, and dished out 3 assists, while Shaqueria Everson (Syracuse, NY) scored 11 points and pulled down 9 rebounds, and Kasey McGrath (Cortland, NY) blocked 7 shots to lead the defense. Cayuga now 4-4 hosts Clinton Community College at Cazenovia College on Saturday December 6th.
