A bad second quarter proved too much to overcome as the Cayuga Lady Spartans dropped a 66-54 at Finger Lakes Community College leading 15-12 after the first quarter the Spartans were outscored 22-10 in the second quarter. Cayuga pulled to within 3 points in the third quarter but could get no closer the rest of the game. Dontasia Britt (Brooklyn, NY) led the Spartans with 20 points and 7 steals, Maxine Williams (Jamestown, NY) had 8 points and a team high 9 rebounds. Cayuga looks to bounce back when they host TC3 on January 20th at 5:30.
