Regionals Proves Tough for Bowlers

Regionals were held in Utica NY where both the men's and women's teams struggled due to lane conditions and a tough shot.  Bobby Moro (Syracuse, NY) bowled exceptionally well averaging 216, finishing 2nd overall.  Both Ryan Bertrand (Syracuse, NY) and Ryan Zbikowski (Baldwinsville, NY) finished in the top 20 overall.  Bertrand averaged 194 and Zbikowski averaged 192 throughout the event.  Cayuga finished in 4th place out of 9 teams with a total pin fall of 8997.   

On the women's side Mary Townley (Liverpool, NY) finished 19th overall and averaged 178, while Megan May (Auburn, NY) was not far behind Townley finishing 24th with an average of 167.
