Women’s Soccer Finishes on a High Note

The Spartans defeated Niagara CC last night 6-0 to conclude their 2011 season.  Tia Segretto netted her first goal 15 minutes into the first half assisted by Olivia Hrycro and five minutes later scored again.  The score at halftime was 2-0, however, CCC wasn't done scoring.  In the second half Segretto scored three more times…making it her second game with five goals.  Olivia Hrycro also scored in the 25^th minute of the second half assisted by Mackenzie Tupper.  The Spartans outshot Niagara 18-8 and had a 3-2 corner kick advantage. 

The Women's Soccer team would like to thank all the supporters who came out to watch us play this year and hope you continue to come out to support the Men's Soccer team in their run in the post-season.
