Tonight the Cayuga Spartans went 3-0 on the road vs. Davis College. The final box scores were 25-15, 25-16, and 25-11. While there was great effort on the part of all athletes, a couple players stood out in terms of stats. Jadda Phillips (Syracuse, NY) served 16 times with 4 aces and zero errors. She also finished the night with 23 assists. Heather Thompson (Solvay, NY) had 21 kills and an attack average of 0.514 on the night. Lexi Tucker (Union Springs, NY), the current regional total dig leader, added another 20 digs on the season bringing her to a total of 292.
The Spartans travel to Onondaga Community College this coming Saturday to face off against Herkimer, Mohawk Valley, and Fulton-Montgomery Community Colleges.
