Cayuga point guard Erica Helzer was voted to the All-Conference Team for the Mid-State Athletic Conference for her play in the 2018-2019 season.

A sophomore from Port Byron, Helzer started all 22 games for the Spartans, leading the team in scoring, assists and steals. She finished the season averaging 14.8 points,  3.6 assists and 4 steals per game, and was also third on the team with 6.4 rebounds per game.

In her two highest-scoring games of the season, Helzer dropped 30 points in a loss at SUNY Broome and scored 24 in a home loss to Tompkins-Cortland.

Helzer finished her two seasons at Cayuga with 501 career points.
