Spartans Fall to Bobcats

The Cayuga Lady Spartans lost a road contest to Bryant & Stratton College of Rochester on Friday, dropping the team's record to 4-3 on the season.

Cayuga battled back from a large first quarter deficit to trail 40-26 at halftime, but were unable to cut into the Bobcats' lead in the second-half. The Spartans fell 86-52. 

Brianna Hirschman led the Spartans with 17 points and five rebounds, and Tajhia Jones chipped in with eight points and five rebounds.   

Cayuga travels to Fulton-Montgomery Community College on Wednesday, Dec. 11.
