Bio

Dan Flanick, a native of Orange County, NY, joins the Cayuga baseball team with an abundance of experience on the field and in the weight room. Coach Flanick played collegiate baseball at Molloy University. A graduate in exercise science from Ithaca College, Coach Flanick has experience working in strength and conditioning at Cornell and Baylor, and currently owns Skan Strength, where he works with athletes from different backgrounds and skill levels. At Cayuga, Coach Flanick will work primarily with catchers on the field and the team as a whole in the weight room.
