John Rizzo enters his fourth season as Head Coach for the baseball team. He started with Cayuga in 2019 as an Assistant Coach under mentor TJ Gamba. In his first three seasons, Coach Rizzo has amassed a career record of 82-40 with two Conference Championships, three trips to the Regional Tournament and was named MSAC Coach of the Year in 2022. Under Coach Rizzo’s tenure, 12 Spartans have been named All-Region, one player named Region III Player of the Year, one First-Team All-American and three players have been awarded Rawlings Gold Gloves.
