Clay Target Wraps Up Season with Solid Week

Cayuga Community College Clay Target posted strong Week 5 scores as their 2024 campaign came to an end.
The Spartans saw three players post rounds of 20 or more, including Griffin Dewitt, who followed up a perfect score in one round of Week 4 with consecutive scores of 22 in Week 5.
Scores from Week 5 are below. Each shooter fires at 25 targets per round, with two rounds completed in each competition.

Hunter Kot: 18/25, 19/25:              37/50
Kyle Lampman: 19/25, 21/25:        40/50
Darwin Warner: 11/25, 19/25:        30/50
Kyle Wise: 17/25, 19/25:               36/50
Dewitt finished the season averaging better than 21 hits per round, and finished 23rd out of 58 shooters in the conference and tied for 291st out of 657 in league competition. Hunter Kot finished with an average of 20 hits per round, tied for 33rd in the conference and 404th in the league.
