A Strong Start for the Spartans!

With a brand new season starting up the Spartans are ready to show everyone what they are made of. With the first few games of the season completed the Spartans were right. The Spartans faced Niagara Community College. The Spartans won nine to one! Grant Stamp and Spencer Urquiza both put up three goals to help dominate Niagara.

            Next the Spartans faced SUNY Broome. With another great game played the Spartans won three to one. Grant Stamp, Spencer Urquiza and Matthew Devlin each put up one goal. While Daniel Burdaspar faced twelve shots and had eleven saves.

            On September 14th the Spartans faced Jamestown Community College. To add to their two game winning streak the Spartans won five to zero. Aboubacar Darbo had three goals. While Lorenz Behrendt and Matthew Devlin put up one goal each. Every goal produced by the Spartans was assisted.

            With an amazing winning streak going the Spartans were able to add one more to it! The Spartans faced Fulton-Montgomery Community College on September 16th. The Spartans dominated with a four to one win. Aboubacar Darbo put up two goals and Pablo Ortiz and Kent Meier put up one goal each. Every goal that was put in the back of the net was assisted.
