The Lady Spartans Volleyball team Hosted Onondaga CC for a conference match on Tuesday. The team lost its starting setter before the match due to a very high fever. Kierstan Bozeat (Port Byron) filled in admirably, keeping the team close and even winning the second game before falling 3 games to 1. The team continues to improve and show some fight, but overcoming a strong OCC team and the bug that has taken its toll on the team was too much to overcome. Samantha Ryan (Jordan Elbridge) led the team with 16 digs. Kierstan Bozeat Getting a surprise start at setter contributed 20 assists and 3 kills. Up Next is a long trip to Adirondack for the weekend pod.
