Davis College was up next for the Spartans! The first match was close but the Spartans couldn't do it. They lost the first match twenty to twenty-five, the second match thirteen to twenty-five and the third and final match ten to twenty-five. Over all the Spartans had twelve kills for the day. Brooke Burton was the major standout of the day with fifteen returns, six digs and one kill.

            On Saturday September 22nd the Spartans played in a tournament against Mohawk Valley Community College, Herkimer College, and Fulton-Montgomery Community College. Facing Mohawk Valley Community College first was tough for the Spartans. Losing the first and second matches four to twenty-five and the third match nine to twenty-five. The second game of the day against Herkimer College was played much better. Unfortunately the Spartans lost the first game twenty to twenty-five, the second eight to twenty-five and the third eleven to twenty-five. The last game of the day against Fulton-Montgomery Community College was so close. The Spartans lost the first and second matches twenty to twenty-five and the third match twenty-two to twenty-five.

            A few days later the Spartans faced Onondaga Community College. The Spartans had eleven kills for the day. The Ashley Stevens was a stand out against Onondaga Community College. She had twelve digs, twelve returns and one kill. The Spartans weren't able to dominate Onondaga this time around and lost the first match twelve to twenty-five, the second ten to twenty-five and the third nine to twenty-five.

            Another Saturday came and with that comes another tournament for the Spartans. This time the Spartans faced North Country Community College, SUNY Adirondack and Hudson Valley Community College. The Spartans had to forfeit against all three colleges.
