#5 Spartans Blank Clinton CC 5-0

Cayuga men's soccer won their second regular season game, returning victorious 5-0 from an away trip at Clinton CC. The men's team opened up the scoring account early on in the second minute of the game with a goal from Harry Hill (London, England) on an assist by Chris Davison (Newcastle, England). Paul McCormick (Glasgow, Scotland) scored the second goal (unassisted) after a save by the Clinton's GK with a great shot from around 15 yards into the penalty box. With 5 minutes left before the half… Davison made a great run onto the right side of the pitch, dribbling past two opponents and finishing with a great shot from 20 yards at the near post that left the opposite defense and GK surprised, making it 3-0 for the Spartans at half time.

In the second half Cayuga men's came out just as strong, dominating possession and putting the Cougars under pressure. Enoch Chondol (Liverpool, England) scored his second of the season with 14:23 left on the clock (assisted by Hill), and Paul Coyle (Glasgow, Scotland) closed the scoring board with a goal on another assist by Hill with 8:54 left.

Keepers Thalu Masindi (London, England) made 4 saves and Joe Willkins (Rochester, England) came in with 15 minutes left in the game and made 1 save.
