Cayuga opened the home portion of their schedule with a hard fought 69-60 loss to Division II Niagara Community College. An eight minute scoreless drought in the 2nd half proved too much for the Lady Spartans to overcome. China Agnew (Syracuse, NY) led Cayuga with 16 points, Tyresha Mathis (Syracuse, NY) scored 14 points and had 16 rebounds, Latina Smith (Syracuse, NY) scored 13 points, and Nikki Loveless (Port Byron, NY) chipped in with 9 points.
